The aim of our initial consultation is to fully understand your business and current purchasing procedures. This knowledge is essential for us to be in an informed position prior to designing an overall solution that is ideal for your business.


Typically we audit the last three months spend data direct from invoicing as this normally provides sufficient information to produce an accurate report. Any high value purchases that occur on a less regular basis are also taken into account. At this point we also investigate potential fit for purpose alternatives where excessive spend has been highlighted, existing order patterns and current consolidation methods.


The cost analysis report is a direct like for like comparison against existing spend showing line by line where excess costs can be reduced. The aim of the report is to highlight the overall saving available through Pink Office. Savings of up to 50% have been achieved, with our average saving currently running at just over 20%. At this stage, we also propose and discuss processes that are potentially more efficient along with practical order consolidation improvements.


Once agreement to work together has been confirmed, an implementation plan is put in place. We apply all processes, authorisation procedures and upload the approved pricing structure to the Pink Online Procurement (POP) system.
